Recycling Televisions is "IN" and it's your new duty!

Have you been hanging on to your old televisions and electronics because you were afraid the electronics police were gonna find you sneaking behind the local convenience store to dump them? Were you waiting for technological advances to implode so your tube TV and Beta-Max would be useful again? Well, I have good news and bad...

There are no electronic police (that I know of...) and it seems technological advances will continue-for now.

Best news of all? You can get rid of your old electronics (amongst many other items) responsibly this weekend, Saturday April 14, 2018 from 9am to 2pm! All you need to do is gather your wits, collect those aging items and haul them down to the El Paso County Clean Sweep Event!

If you can't make this one or need more time to gather the sheer amount of hazardous waste from your basement and garage, you're in luck! Additional events will be held on June 9, August 11, and October 13,  2018 from 9 a.m. until 2 p.m. All events will be held at the El Paso County Household Hazardous Waste Facility located at 3255 Akers Drive, Colorado Springs, CO 80922.

All traffic will be  directed to drive north on Akers Drive from Constitution to the El Paso  County Household Hazardous Waste Facility.

See you this weekend!
